 Jeff McNairy Administrative Director Jeff McNairy has been working in the field of addiction recovery since 1994. As a current doctoral student in clinical psychology, Jeff has extensive experience providing services to high-risk individuals undergoing drug rehabilitation. As the Administrative Director of Passages, Jeff utilizes his skills developed as a graduate student at U.C.L.A. during his Master of Public Health program in health policy analysis and community health development. Jeff’s commitment to quality health care services and client-sensitive approaches to addiction recovery enable him to work exceptionally well with all clients and staff at Passages. His unique background in psychology, public health, and medical anthropology allow for the provision of comprehensive services to the clients who seek treatment at Passages. As a previous mental health therapist in Hawaii specializing in addiction and Axis II disorders, Jeff brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to the position of Administrative Director.
