 Dr. Mark Stalhuth, Ph.D Clinical Psychologist Mark Stahlhuth obtained his undergraduate degree in psychology from U.C.L.A. in 1978 and his Ph.D. in clinical psychology from Calfornia School of Professional Psychology in 1988. His experience includes working for an adolescent residential treatment center in Malibu, California from 1980 through 1987 as both a counselor and program director. From 1987 through 1994 he worked for a 76 bed adolescent residential treatment facility in Woodland Hills, California as the special therapeutic programs coordinator, running the drug abuse program, anger management program, sexual offenders program and the victims of sexual abuse program. In 1994 he opened his private practice in Thousand Oaks, California and continues to see individuals dealing with various forms of addiction as well as perpetrators and victims of sexual abuse. With more than 15 years of experience in psychological testing, Dr. Stahlhuth worked for 6 years at Anacapa by the Sea hospital completing psychological evaluations and continues this aspect of his practice both privately and in consultation with adult residential treatment facilities in the Southern California area.
